Dear Community Member,
On October 31st, CSL will be having our Annual Halloween
Trunk or Treat event. Last year we gave away over 600 treat bags!! As
you know having these events are quite expensive. At this time, we are
extending an invitation to participate in our event or provide a
monetary and/or candy donation towards the event. All participation
and donations are greatly appreciated! Photos of the event will be
submitted to our local newspaper along with a list of businesses and
individuals who donated to the event.
Space is available but limited so please let us know if you would like to
participate. Thank you for your time and have a Spooktacular Halloween Season!

High Wind Situation
Notice: Please be courteous to your neighbors and neighborhood by securing all trash cans, lawn furniture and light-weight items during any severe storm and/or high wind weather situation. Doing this one simple thing can save the CSL Association and the residents a lot of clean-up and hassle. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this matter.

To All CSL Residents
Please be sure to have house/Lot numbers on your home, mailbox or both. It is very crucial not only for us to know where each lot is, but for emergency personal, police officers, and even your own visitors. In the future this will be a rule that will be enforced.
(You can find this in our Architectural Package, page. 22, Section XVI)

The HOA office doesn't accept cash. We can take checks, credit/debit cards and money orders.
We will only send out clean up notices that we have money to spend on taking them to court. We plan to follow up to the fullest extent of the law to make people clean up the dirtiest of lots.
Notice: As of 10/1/15 we reverted back to the Architectural Package dated 3/19/2003 regarding section VIII titled "Mobile Home Age Limitation". No mobile home older that 10 years in age will be accepted into CSL. Architectural Packages can be picked up at the HOA office.
CSL is aware of the problem with Lake Wildwood. For us to move forward with this issue and taking steps to fixing the lake, it will take $40,000 to even start the process. We are doing some budgeting on this matter and others. For the lake to be completely fixed it will take an estimated $150,000. We understand that this issue is important and taking measures to fixing it. We will keep everyone posted.
